On the 5th November 2013, REFCO Metals LLC (Royal Engineering Fabrication Company) opened its new aluminium factory downstream (from Al Ghurair Group Gulf Extrusions) at Jebel Ali Industrial Zone 2, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The UAE’s largest aluminium producers including DUBAL, EMAL (of EGA Group) and Gulf Extrusions, will be the chief suppliers for the state-of-the-art facility.

The opening was attended by Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, CEO and MD of Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, Majid Al Ghurair,
CEO of Al Ghurair Group and Modar Al Mekdad, General Manager of Gulf Extrusions. The ceremony was followed by a tour of REFCO’s outfit.
